⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-star reviews from guardians

Every dog is different, so we use a transparent tier system based on support needs.
Before starting regular walks, every new dog goes through a short settling process. This allows time to understand how they respond to new environments, build familiarity, and make sure we’re meeting their individual needs safely.
The process starts with a single Trial Walk, followed by an Introductory Period of four walks. Together, these sessions help us identify the right level of support for your dog.
After the introductory period, dogs are placed into a tier that reflects the level of handling, management, and preparation their walks require, taking into account factors such as sensitivity, reactivity, and safety considerations.
The tier system isn’t a reflection of value or behaviour. It’s simply a practical way to plan safely, allocate time fairly, and make sure every dog receives the care they need.

Running approximately 30-45 minutes
Before taking on any new dog, we carry out a Trial Walk.
This session lets us understand how your dog responds to new environments, handling, and equipment. It also allows us to confirm safety, management, and travel needs before regular bookings begin.
You’ll receive brief feedback after the session, and we’ll discuss next steps together.
Four walks at £25 / £30 (30 / 45 minutes)
Following the Trial Walk, each dog completes an Introductory Period.
This gives time for your dog to settle, build familiarity, and for us to see how they regulate on different days and in different conditions.
At the end of these walks, your dog is placed into the appropriate tier to reflect their ongoing support and management needs.

Tier A - Low Support Needs
30 min – £20 | 45 min – £25
For dogs who regulate well and walk calmly with minimal handling adjustments. Ideal for steady, relaxed companions.
Tier B - Mid Support Needs
30 min – £25 | 45 min – £30
For dogs who may struggle with excitement, frustration, or focus, or need gentle guidance to stay comfortable around triggers.
Tier C - High Support Needs
30 min – £30 | 45 min – £35
For dogs requiring detailed management plans, a bite history, or specific safety protocols. Walks are structured to maintain calm and control throughout.
Tier C dogs are always on an up to 5m line, not off lead.

Running approximately 30-45 minutes
Sessions include ACE-style Freework tailored to your dog’s needs, ideal for puppies, older dogs, or those recovering from illness or injury. Sessions follow a calm structure: comfort break, set-up, Freework, pack-up, and a final comfort break.
Each visit runs for around 30–45 minutes, with active exploration typically lasting about 17 minutes, in line with ACE Freework observations. This timing allows dogs to process sensory input fully without tipping into overstimulation, supporting calm regulation and recovery afterwards.
We prioritise your dog’s wellbeing, not the clock. Sessions wind down when your dog has finished their Freework experience.

Block-Booking Offer
Blocks support consistency for your dog. Book a block of four training sessions or walks for £165 (usually £180).

Occasional or one-off bookings are offered when the schedule allows.
A Trial Walk will be arranged in advance to confirm the appropriate tier. If a trial isn’t possible before a block of bookings, the first session defaults to Tier C for complex dogs.
If at any point a walk cannot proceed safely, it will be replaced with a Sensory Enrichment Visit at the same charge.
Reasons might include:
• A bite attempt toward the walker or others
• Distress or lack of muzzle readiness where a muzzle is required
• Signs of pain, lameness, or injury that make walking unsuitable
Because ad-hoc work involves extra administration, a small fee applies:
• + £2 per walk or visit
• Capped at £10 for bookings over five sessions
(Regular weekly clients are not charged ad-hoc fees.)

Increased confidence, lower stress, improved connection.
